Need a job?  Are you looking for work but not sure where to start?  WE can help!  Learn how to look for jobs, how to write a great resume and cover letter and how to make a good first impression at interviews.  We offer 1-1 employment counselling as well as a variety of classes on topics mentioned above to help you reach your goals.

The GED is a high school equivalency diploma that can be used to apply to post secondary or for a job resume in the same way a high school diploma is listed.  It consists of 5 subjects that are tested separately.  Language Arts (writing), Social Studies, Science, Language Arts (reading) and mathematics.  Our 99 hour GED course will help prepare you for your GED exams and increase your chances of passing.   If you are interested in participating in this class contact us!

BGS Career Ventures offers a 48-Hour typing service.   The resume service is for people who have a resume and require an update to their current resume or have a time sensitive need to meet an application deadline.  Click the button below and complete the online template.  Submit the completed form.  BGS type and emails the resume back to you within 48 hours or two business days.

The Devon Public Library is host to a job board.  Looking for work?  Stop by during library hours and check it out! It is located on the north side of the building at the back by the Staff area and is updated weekly.
