The GED is a high school equivalency diploma that can be used to apply to post secondary or for a job resume in the same way a high school diploma is listed. It consists of 5 subjects that are tested separately. Language Arts (writing), Social Studies, Science, Language Arts (reading) and mathematics. The Devon Public Library and CALP is pleased to welcome Bredin Centre for Career Advancement to our space the first Wednesday of the month. These appointments are 1-1 with a Career Counselor from the Bredin Centre and are able to help with goal setting, job searching, resume writing, cover letters, interview skills and more. BGS Career Ventures offers a 48-Hour typing service. The resume service is for people who have a resume and require an update to their current resume or have a time sensitive need to meet an application deadline. Click the button below and complete the online template. Submit the completed form. BGS type and emails the resume back to you within 48 hours or two business days.
